Explaining the Time Gap and other things

There is a gap of more than 10 years between this post and the last one. 
Why? 
Because I have decided to write/blog now that I have more time as a retiree. Trying to remember what happened in the past. And trying to learn something, if anything, for the time to come. 

When I first started this blog in 2007, I had retired from government service as a school teacher and had started work in the Methodist Council of Education - and thus the name of this blog EDUMETH. I left MCOE end 2016 for another position in the Federation of Christian Mission Schools Malaysia, FCMSM. I retire as the General Secretary of FCMSM end of June 2021.

Cobwebs of the Past i ask myself what i was doing in the holy land. a pilgrimage? looking for some upliftment in my spiritual life? evidence of the bible land? to walk the land my Saviour walked? i guess ... it was all of the above and what did i find? (Psa. 121) This tree growing by the stream flowing from the melting waters of Hebron reminds me of Psa.1 ... like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers. there was also fish in the stream, remember? Near this area, Chai Hok again reminded of Jesus' words when he asked, Who do you say I am?

Following His Footprints

Hi Fellow Travellers / JPs (Jerusalem Pilgrims) of Ps Chai Hok's group (14-24 Sept 2008) ! It's been a week since we returned from that incredible trip to Dubai, Egypt, Israel and Jordan. How have you been since then? I, for one, was glad to be back even though it meant back to the grindstone of work. But how I praise God for this wonderful journey with you all: in holy communion with our Lord - like the picture of our Holy Communion by the Sea of Galilea.
